most of the pictures/quotes/stuff i post/reblog are to motivate me. i am not claiming i run 5 miles everyday and love it, or that i drip sweat in the gym from working out so hard, or that i eat all my veggies and the right amount of protein. but what i post motivates me and helps me get out the door to workout and focus on eating better. it is all simply to help me be better.
